Try Intermittent Fasting
Research on intermittent fasting goes back thousands of years. It is said that even the great scholars of Athens like Aristotle and Plato would become so entangled in their debates and studying that they’d forget to eat. This lack of food does two things.
- It shrinks your stomach, which makes you feel full quicker.
- Apparently, it makes you think more efficiently. They say it’s because it forces you to focus on other things besides the hunger.
Intermittent fasting can be done in 14 hour blocks or even longer ones. Look it up and try it out.
